Recovery Coordinator
Locations: Leeds or Sheffield
Contract: Temporary
Pay: £20.18 per hour
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our client's teamin Leeds or Sheffield, supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol misuse on their journey toward sustained recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload and create personalised recovery plans tailored to individual needs
Complete triage and comprehensive assessments to support safe and effective care planning
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver joined-up support and interventions
Facilitate access to community resources and promote family involvement in recovery
Lead risk assessments, safeguarding plans and accurate case recording
Deliver structured psychosocial interventions to support engagement, recovery and harm reduction
Essential Requirements
Strong engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional boundaries
Ability to build positive working relationships with service users, colleagues and external agencies
Good understanding of the complex needs related to substance misuse, including mental health, social and family factors
Experience completing assessments, identifying risks, creating risk management plans and reviewing recovery plans
