For more information on this role please see the attached support information. This will give you a better overview of the job role and requirements. You will have experience of working with common mental health problems, be able to provide initial assessments of client need including risk assessment and deliver a range of evidence-based, high volume, low-intensity psychological interventions based on a self-management model. The range of interventions will include both individual and group work and the candidates must be confident and competent in delivering interventions using a variety of communication mediums such as telephone work, e-consultation and face-to-face activities. You must have excellent communication/interpersonal skills and be able to work on your own initiative as well as within a team.
