Assistant Site Manager required to join a large Social Housing scheme - Grimsby

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £27 per hour

Duration: Until February 2026

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Working on a kitchen and bathroom and retro fit scheme
  • Assisting site manager
  • Looking after subcontractors
  • Ensuring site compliance with Health and Safety
  • Carrying out site inductions
  • Working as part of a management team

Requirements:

  • Preferably with experience in social housing
  • SSSTS OR SMSTS
  • First aid and CSCS desirable
  • Able to provide 2 work references
  • Own vehicle
