Salary: £29,500 – £32,500 per year
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (rotating shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm, includes one half day off weekly)

VD Recruitment is delighted to partner with a beautiful, distinguished Montessori Nursery in Northwood Hills (HA5). We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Baby Room Leader (Under 2s) to lead a caring, dedicated team and provide exceptional care for the youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate your baby room team to deliver outstanding care and education.
Plan age-appropriate, stimulating activities following Montessori principles and the EYFS framework.
Build strong, nurturing relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain accurate child development records and observations.
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for babies and staff.
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Childcare & Education (essential).
Montessori qualification or experience – highly desirable.
Proven experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner in a Baby Room.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
