We are looking for a friendly, organised and highly efficient part-time school administrative assistant to be the welcoming face of our school.
Based on the front desk you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the school office, greeting visitors, managing enquiries and assisting with essential administrative tasks.
The role will involve:
• Act as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors
• Manage incoming calls, emails and front desk queries
• Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and distributing information
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
We are looking for someone who:
• Is warm, professional and confident with dealing with the public
• Has strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Is proficient with office software (Microsoft office)
• Is committed to safeguarding and child welfare
