IT Supplier Specialist Hybrid – Attached to our Solihull Office
Full Time, Permanent Band 5 / Up to £28,000 (dependent on experience)

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong supplier relationships? Serco is seeking an IT Supplier Specialist to join our Strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) team.

In this key supporting role, you’ll coordinate supplier management activities, maintain critical documentation, and help ensure smooth, effective communication between Serco and our IT suppliers. Your work will directly contribute to the performance, compliance, and strategic success of Serco’s IT supplier ecosystem.

As part of this you’ll:

· Provide support for ongoing contract renewals as part of the supplier strategy.
· Manage documentation
- organise and update supplier contracts, SLAs, NDAs, and Statements of Work, ensuring accessibility and compliance.· Facilitate communication
- act as a central point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.· Support performance tracking
- assist in collecting and analysing supplier performance data, preparing insightful reports and dashboards.· Assist in issue resolution
- coordinate responses to supplier-related issues and follow up on agreed actions.· Drive process improvement
- contribute to the standardisation and enhancement of SRM processes and procedures.
What you’ll need to do the role:

· Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling collaboration across teams and suppliers.
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through on action items.
· Experience in administrative or coordination roles, ideally within an IT or procurement environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with IT systems or supplier management tools.
· A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for supporting process and performance improvements.
· Ability to achieve SC clearance.
