Job Title: Wellbeing Practitioner Hours: 35 hours per week (weekend and bank holiday working may be required) Salary: £27,000 (FTE) per annum Location: Alexandra Wellbeing House, Gloucestershire (GL1) Reports to: Service Manager Job Purpose Join the team at Alexandra Wellbeing House, working alongside Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust to support individuals experiencing acute emotional distress. The role focuses on providing personalised non-clinical wellbeing support, developing safety plans, and ensuring smooth pathways for people accessing the service. Key Responsibilities Delivery of Service: Provide wellbeing support in line with established processes and guidance from the Leadership and Management Team. Collaborative Partnership: Work with NHS Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams and internal counselling services to create effective referral, assessment, and outcomes pathways. Person-Centred Support: Conduct assessments, identify strengths, co-produce goals, and develop safety plans. Health and Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment within the house. Promotion & Networking: Build relationships with external stakeholders and promote the service across the community. Group Facilitation: Set up and run group sessions aimed at improving wellbeing and resilience. ICT Systems: Maintain accurate, high-quality records in accordance with organisational policies. Creating a Welcoming Environment: Contribute to a friendly, empowering atmosphere for all service users. General Responsibilities These include maintaining confidentiality, ensuring high standards of data management, complying with health and safety requirements, promoting the service, staying informed on policy and procedure, engaging in team meetings, and participating in ongoing professional development.
