Development Opportunity

The Board of Trustees wish to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS Classroom Teacher. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who will become part of our team. The post holder will be initially deployed to Spotland Primary Academy.

The successful candidate will:

Be an excellent classroom practitioner with evidence of improving outcomes particularly for those pupils who are most vulnerable

  • Have experience and a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and Pedagogy
  • Have evidence of the effective use of assessment and analysis in raising standards
  • Have experience of leading others
  • Be able to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower colleagues to carry the vision forward
  • Have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of SEND learners
  • Support the Principal in delivering the trust priorities as outlined in the Trusts Strategic Plan

Applicants should be outstanding teachers, be innovative and creative in their approach to learning including the use of technology in the classroom.
