Commercial Events Coordinator £16,871 - £18,851 per annum based on an FTE of £25,307 – £28,277 per annum A minimum of 25 hours per week PermanentAbout the Role • Coordinate a diverse portfolio of events, ensuring they are delivered to a consistently high standard and within agreed timelines. • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure each event runs smoothly and efficiently. • Provide professional and consistent support during events, including occasional evening and weekend commitments. • Oversee event budgets, contracts and invoicing, maintaining accurate financial and administrative records. • Support the development and implementation of event policies, guidance and best practices across Hartpury. • Maintain effective event management systems and reporting tools to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. • Promote the Event Services function externally, encouraging, cost-effective, high quality and strategically beneficial events at Hartpury. • Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance and inclusivity in all aspects of event planning and delivery.
About You • Proven client-facing experience, working with a range of stakeholders • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Strong communication skills, with confidence in liaising at all levels • The ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects from planning through to delivery • Proficiency in relevant event management systems and software • A professional and flexible approach, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
