Job overviewWe are looking to recruit dynamic and proactive Teaching Assistants to join our Support for Learning Team. This role would be ideal for those with experience of working with young people with ASD, physical disabilities and those who are ELSA trained (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant).
This is a one-year fixed term role, starting in January 2026.Applications are open for motivated Teaching Assistants to work with students across our successful secondary school and sixth form. The successful candidates will work in lessons with individuals or small groups of students to support their learning, well-being and independence. The role requires the appointed to work with students displaying a broad range of special educational needs and those who require support with numeracy and literacy. There may be an opportunity to specialise in specific areas for candidates with relevant experience and qualifications. One-to-one roles are also available working specifically with individuals who have more complex needs.
