We are looking for an approachable and forward thinking Office Administrator & Clerk to Governors with strong interpersonal skills to join our supportive and collaborative team. Working alongside staff, children and parents you will be an ambassador for the school demonstrating a commitment and passion to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education.
If you are engaging with excellent communication skills and have a passion for education, this could be the role for you. As the Office Administrator & Clerk to Governors, you will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team who all share the same vision of achieving more together. You will be working effectively with the Chair of governors, the Headteacher and other governors, you will ensure the smooth running of the governing body.

The role will include:
* Being a great communicator who develops positive relationships with young children and adults
* Having an understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of the children whom we are supporting
*Being able to display a high level of administrative, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
* Managing communication, documentation and correspondence relating to the work of the school and Governing Body
* Working with TKAT and the school to ensure the Governing Body meets the requirements of the Trust and the DfE.
