The Role
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
Your duties will include:
• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, oral care)
• Supporting with medication (as per training and care plans)
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating and drinking
• Promoting independence and mobility
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Helping with light household tasks to maintain a safe environment
You will follow person-centred care plans, ensuring all care is delivered safely, respectfully, and in line with company policies and CQC standards.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Caring, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care
• A good communicator and team player
• Able to work independently and follow care plans
• Experienced in care (preferred) or eager to learn (training provided)
• Eligible to work in the UK
Requirements:
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
• Two professional references
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred, not essential)
