Job Description
Search Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Traffic Marshal / Banksman for a long-term project based in Edinburgh city centre. The work is expected to last up to 2 years, offering consistent hours and excellent working conditions on a major construction development.
Duties and Responsibilities
Directing and guiding vehicle movement around site safely
Managing deliveries and coordinating site traffic flow
Assisting with general site duties when required
Maintaining site safety in line with H&S regulations
Communicating effectively with site management and drivers
Requirements
Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman ticket
CSCS card (essential)
Previous experience on busy construction sites
Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
