Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Full-Time Hours - 4.5 Days

Hourly Rate: £13.40 per hour

Our client is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming early years team. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), spread over 4.5 days, offering a set half-day off each week to support a healthy work-life balance.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who loves supporting children’s development in a nurturing, stimulating environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures

• Provide high-quality care and education to children in line with the EYFS framework
• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play
• Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records and observations to track developmental progress
• Ensure the nursery environment is safe, inclusive, and inspiring for all children
• Contribute to a supportive team culture and uphold the nursery’s values
