Hourly Rate: £13.40 per hour
Our client is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming early years team. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), spread over 4.5 days, offering a set half-day off each week to support a healthy work-life balance.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who loves supporting children’s development in a nurturing, stimulating environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
