Crynodeb
We are seeking warm, caring and positive people to provide person-centred care and support to older people living in Extra Care housing in Orpington. You will be committed to promoting positive health and emotional wellbeing and an excellent quality of life.
You will engage with service users and build trusting, therapeutic relationships. You will also provide respectful personal care and practical support with household tasks. You must be flexible, energetic and reliable.
The ability to work in a holistic way to promote independence through a reablement approach is essential. You must be able to work on weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday nights. We are a local provider employing a diverse team of over 100 well supported staff to provide great services. We offer comprehensive training including induction to Care Certificate level and accredited Health & Social Care Diplomas to enable you to develop your career in social care.
