We're looking for a Project Worker to support residents within a 9-bed, all-male ex-offender unit. You'll work with men on licence under probation, helping them reintegrate into the community through tailored support, workshops, and practical day-to-day assistance.
Job Title: Project Worker - Ex-Offender Unit

Contract: Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 9 residents, delivering key work sessions and support plans.

Carry out welfare and safety checks, and write reports and risk assessments.

Liaise with probation, housing, and external agencies.

Handle repairs, calls, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:

Experience in key working and safeguarding.

Strong communication and de-escalation skills.

Knowledge of housing, probation, or support services.

IT literate (Inform system experience ideal).
