Neway International have a vacancy for an Embedded Senior Co‑ordinator (G6) – Admin & Clerical.
Customer: West Sussex County Council
Target Start Date: 24 November 2025
Duration: 16 Weeks (approx. 4 months)

About the Role
We are seeking an Embedded Senior Co‑ordinator (Grade 6) to join the Adult Services and Health directorate at West Sussex County Council. This is a temporary role designed to support a peak in workload, working closely with senior managers who deliver social care services to adults across the county.
This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to attend the Chichester office at least two days per week, and occasional travel to central offices across West Sussex for meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high‑level administrative support to senior managers within Adult Services and Health.
Manage fast‑paced, varied workloads with unpredictable demands.
Handle confidential and sensitive information in line with legislative and policy frameworks.
Produce concise, accurate, and timely minutes for meetings.
Interpret and present data in multiple formats, including financial and performance information.
Exercise initiative and consult with senior managers to resolve issues promptly.
Contribute to improvement programmes and the delivery of services to vulnerable adults.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced administrator with:
Proven experience supporting senior‑level staff.
Exceptional organisational, planning, and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Confidence working autonomously and managing competing deadlines.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data.
Professionalism, discretion, and initiative in decision‑making.
