Our staff are specially selected for their loving and caring nature, as well as their expertise. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz we take extra care to make sure those needs are met.
For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background or circumstances you could provide experiences and opportunities that will help them be confident and reach their potential.
Role
You will be working closely with our Nursery Manager, to strengthen and grow the quality of our care and our team. You will bring with you strong knowledge of Early Years, together with the appropriate qualifications, along with a nurturing personality and a desire to achieve the absolute best outcomes for our children. Ideally you will have previous experience in either a deputy or management role and be confident undertaking additional responsibilities to cover the Nursery Manager role from time to time (holidays etc) Please do review the complete job description for the full overview of requirements.
