Location: Willenhall, West Midlands or Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office

Our client is a respected and growing firm with an outstanding reputation in Personal Injury, RTA, and Clinical Negligence. They are looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor with a passion for claimant work and a keen interest in Clinical Negligence to join their dedicated team.

What you’ll be doing
• Managing your own caseload of Clinical Negligence, RTA, and Personal Injury claims from instruction to settlement
• Drafting legal documents, including letters of claim, schedules of loss, and witness statements
• Instructing and analysing medical reports
• Negotiating settlements with defendants and insurers
• Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel throughout the litigation process
• Ensuring compliance with protocols, limitation deadlines, and procedural requirements
What we’re looking for
• Minimum 6 months PQE experience handling RTA, PI, or Clinical Negligence casework
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client care skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and achieve positive outcomes for clients
• Confident working with legal case management systems and digital files
