Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll provide administrative and data management support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of project operations. Typical duties will include:
- Maintaining and updating project registers, trackers, and documentation.
- Entering, verifying, and managing data across various project systems.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Monitoring project inboxes and responding to or escalating queries appropriately.
- Managing document control processes, including filing and archiving.
- Gathering and consolidating information from internal teams.
- Supporting compliance with project governance and administrative standards.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in an administrative or data support position.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail with a methodical approach to data entry and documentation.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Confident communicator with a professional approach.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team.
