This role is a unique opportunity to join and work with a team of talented academic and systems engineers, and to engage with a wide range of industry partners across various sectors, including aerospace, automotive, electronic manufacturing, and construction. The candidate will support the development and deployment of cyber-physical automation solutions, within real-world manufacturing contexts.
Flexible Working
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis (e.g. job share), despite the position being advertised as full-time.
About You
The candidate should have practical experience in robotics and/or automation systems, and modelling environments (including design, physics / kinematic, and / or control) used to support the systems development
The candidate will be immersed in a multidisciplinary team of control, mechanical, electronic and software engineers, and should be able to seamlessly collaborate on the development of industry ready solutions.
