What you will be doing: Manage day-to-day facilities operations including maintenance, catering, housekeeping, and security. Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and fire safety regulations. Oversee planned and reactive maintenance schedules. Control budgets and manage supplier contracts. Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Lead and develop the facilities team. Maintain business continuity and emergency plans. Act as main point of contact for facilities-related queries. What we are looking for: NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent). GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English Substantial experience at a senior level in facilities management. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and risk management systems. Proven ability to manage maintenance contracts and budgets. Experience of Training & Development Substantial experience of leading and managing staff, including performance management discussions. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities, maintaining professionalism and resilience throughout.
