Crynodeb
The successful applicant will support our CRHT services through a wide range of administrative duties. These will include data collection, database entry, producing correspondence, handling telephone enquiries (which may sometimes be challenging or of a sensitive nature), minute-taking, assisting with reports, and other ad hoc tasks as required. The role will also involve occasional cover for the Woodlands reception area. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care are essential. Applicants must demonstrate: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, service users, and external stakeholders. Proficient in a range of software programmes and IT systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Resilient under pressure, with the ability to remain calm and focused in a busy environment that often involves conflicting demands.
