The Role:
The role of Project Manager – Property will assist in project activity across in all aspects of the Property team including commercial, corporate and facilities management estate.
In your role as the Project Manager – Property you’ll be responsible for the delivery of Property Improvement Plan, specific project such as Workplace Strategy (property element), Colocation (property element)
In the role you, the Project Manager – Property will work with colleagues from across the organisation to ensure our assets are well managed and used in the best way
The role of Project Manager – Property will work with finance and legal colleagues, development and transformation colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for Property.
Your demonstrable knowledge as a Project Manager – Property will influence how the team works across the organisation.
The role will work to the Project Manager – Property and with other Property colleagues including surveyors, business support and facilities management.

This role is fixed term for the purpose of supporting corporate property asset related projects and programmes and will end 12 months from the start date.
