As a dynamic and forward thinking Emergency Department we are committed to providing excellent healthcare services to our local community. We are always looking at ways of improving our service.

The main focus of this role is information delivery, support and guidance to patients accessing Health Care services in Hackney. Patient navigation is poised to become a household word over the next decade and will help improve quality of care while driving more rapid movement through the healthcare system.
