As part of our continued growth and commitment to excellence, we are creating a Business Development and Service Improvement Team dedicated to drive forward positive growth leading on innovation and sustainable service improvement across our services.
We are now recruiting for pivotal roles to lead and deliver this exciting transformation:
Head of Business Development and Service Improvement
Location: Home-based with significant travel across Mid & South Wales
Reporting to: CEO
Salary: Circa £65,000 pa
As a senior leader, you will shape and lead our strategic development, service improvement, and business growth. You’ll work closely with the CEO and wider leadership team to embed a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities will be:
Lead the strategic planning and delivery of high-quality service offers that are innovate and align with the organisation’s vision and values
Working with the CEO, lead the strategic planning and delivery of business development that will drive and achieve strategic targets and market share
Identify and develop new service opportunities, to grow the business within the current sites
Identify suitable development opportunities for acquisition in line with the business strategy
Oversee the design and implementation of continuous improvement frameworks across the services to enhance efficiency, quality and impact, championing person centred care
Work with operational teams, identify, plan and implement service developments and enhancements within existing Homes; to include increasing bed number and introducing different categories of care to meet local demand
Lead on the preparation and submission of high-quality competitive tenders to secure new contracts and retain existing ones in conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team
Develop and implement effective risk management frameworks to identify, assess and mitigate risks related to timelines, compliance, solution scope and commercial terms
Lead and develop the functions in line with organisational objectives
