What we are looking for
Holds a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification in childcare
Achieved GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development
Demonstrates a clear commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Confident in implementing safeguarding procedures and maintaining appropriate boundaries
Knowledge of keyworker systems, health and safety in a nursery setting, and equal opportunities
Effective communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents

FTE Salary: £25,001Pro Rata Salary: £20,910.76Pay Range: GLF Associate Grade 3.1Hours: 35 hrs per week Monday – Friday 8.00am – 15.30pm (Term time 39 weeks)
