As an Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced colleagues learning job specific skills whilst earning a wage and working towards a Diploma in Estates and Facilities Management which is a nationally recognised professional qualification.
We are looking for a Premises Assistant Apprentice to join our Team at The Federation of Blenheim Road Community and Coed Eva Primary Schools.
This post is based in a friendly team where you will receive excellent support and on-the-job-training. What’s more, you will gain valuable work and life skills to help you launch a career in your chosen field.

Development Opportunities:
Gain practical skills in school site maintenance and health & safety.
Learn about compliance procedures and building checks.
Develop experience in community-based school projects.
Build confidence in liaising with contractors and supporting administrative tasks.

What you’ll gain:
A Level 2 Diploma in Estates and Facilities Management
Real-world, transferable maintenance and site safety skills.
Experience of working across two busy, inclusive school environments.
Confidence in communication, problem-solving, and planning.
