Summary
• “This post is open to employees of the five LAASP organisations. As part of your application, you will be asked to confirm that you are a current employee of The Clatterbridge Centre, Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, Liverpool University Hospitals, Liverpool Women’s Hospital or, The Walton Centre.”
• The post holder will assist in the production of clinical rosters, ensuring fairness and quality across the rostered staff.
• The post holder will be expected to review and maintain quality of rosters and the Allocate Healthroster roster system.
• To provide general system maintenance ensuring high levels of accuracy.
• To carry out testing of any future versions of the software used.
• The role will also involve playing a key part in the axess communications team.
The role will include maintaining the day to day implementation of the axess Sexual Health Service rota, to support the complex nature of service delivery, across various clinical areas, within the community.
The post holder will be required to work with various clinical team members, to ensure up date and accurate provision of rotas, in a timely manner, in line with the Trust policy.
The post holder will be required to co-ordinate and deliver first line support to colleagues, in line with rota changes, annual leave updates, sickness recording, to ensure adequate staffing in the clinical areas as required.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a busy, complex and changing environment. Show previous experience in implementing or supporting rota creation and management, and have excellent communication skills.
The post holder will work with the wider Trust rota team to begin the project work of Allocate E-Roster software is utilised in the service.
The role will also involve playing a key part in the axess communications team. This will include developing resources for the outreach team and the wider service, planning and implementing campaigns and contributing to the communications and website MDT.
