My client is an impressive and unique asset manager, established in the past 10 years. When they began, the firm had just one fund, and has since grown into one of the largest asset managers in the world.

Your new role
The company is looking for a new Accounts Payable to join the team, firstly on a temporary basis, but with the possibility of a permanent position depending on performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accurate cost allocation and performing callback verifications of bank details.
- Prepare payment voucher summaries and coordinate approval workflows
- Execute payments via telegraphic and interbank transfers
- Prepare invoices for intercompany billings
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders across jurisdictions to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment in a scaling business
- Previous experience working in a hedge fund or asset manager
- Educated to degree level
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounts payable
- Impeccable attention to detail, while maintaining speed in work
- Experience processing a high number of invoices
