About the Role
As an Employment Advisor, you will help people facing barriers to work move into sustainable employment. You'll blend coaching, sales behaviours, relationship building, and structured delivery to create meaningful outcomes.
The role is office based, people facing, and requires strong administration and compliance.You'll meet participants daily, manage a large and varied caseload, and keep high quality records that meet the standards expected when working with public funds.

What You'll Do
Coach & Support Participants
- Deliver 1-1 coaching that builds confidence, motivation, and clear action plans
- Support with CVs, applications, interviews, and job readiness
- Help participants navigate barriers and stay committed
Sales & Employer Engagement
- Generate opportunities through outbound calls, emails, visits, and local research
- Build strong relationships with employers and understand their hiring needs
- Promote participants professionally and match them to suitable roles
- Convert leads into job starts and sustainable outcomes
Caseload Management & Delivery
- Manage a busy caseload with structure, ambition, and pride in your performance
- Monitor progress, track targets, and guide participants consistently
- Use data and KPIs to drive the right activity
Quality, Admin & Compliance
- Keep accurate, high quality case notes
- Follow safeguarding and programme standards
- Show care and professionalism when working with public funds
