Base Location:Longmoor Camp, Liss, Hampshire, GU33 6EL

Travel Required:To cover Brunswick Camp and the South East Region when necessary. Travel conducted during working hours, associated expenses covered by the company.

On-Call Requirements: 1 in 5 Weeks (overtime applicable)

Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a role where your expertise is truly valued? At Landmarc, we’re not just maintaining infrastructure, we’re supporting the UK’s Defence Training Estate. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you’ll take ownership of electrical systems across MOD sites, ensuring they’re safe, compliant, and fully operational. From planned maintenance to reactive repairs, your work will directly support the delivery of critical training activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations to IET Wiring Regulations standards
  • Conduct installation testing and produce EICRs
  • Respond to reactive maintenance needs and complete PPM tasks within agreed timescales
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records using digital and manual systems
  • Uphold Health & Safety standards and safe systems of work

The Ideal Candidate

  • A confident problem-solver with a proactive approach
  • Experienced in commercial or industrial electrical maintenance
  • Comfortable using IT systems and mobile devices for reporting
  • A clear communicator who thrives in a team environment
  • Willing to undertake Electrical AP Responsibility (Additional Allowance for Role)

Essential Criteria

  • NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • BS2391 or equivalent in inspection and testing
  • JIB Registered
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential to carry out the duties of the role
