We pride ourselves on leading for new, innovative and sustainable products and solutions, both for today and for a new era of building.To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to come and join our team at our Anstone site, Kiveton Park, Sheffield, S26 6NQ.Specific responsibilities include:Dealing with sales enquiries by telephone and using the computer system with utmost accuracy.Proactive selling.Precise recording, monitoring and day to day dealing of all internal and external pricing enquires to increase sales.Accurate pricing of all products, answering price queries and raising quotations, quoting and organising delivery times, entering call-offs, processing sample requests, dealing with the One World system, checking orders re price, quantity, discounts etcGeneral duties and providing cover for others in sales teamResolving customer complaints quickly and investigating credit claims, ensuring they are processed speedilyActive participation in CI activities, attendance at regular training courses and team meetings.Essential Qualifications & Experience:Good interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and writtenPrevious background in Customer ServiceWilling to work flexible hours to meet the demands of the jobWorking Knowledge of Windows based IT Systems.Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skillsFlexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure and use own initiative.Think you can make a difference?
