Be a member of the Medical Directors office and provide efficient administration. Ensure that the data contained within the Trusts e-job planning system is maintained post implementation to and takes into account any new starters or leavers and assist with the provision of specific reports for the e-job planning, appraisal & revalidation. Deal with telephone, email and written communications that relate to the e job planning systems and Appraisal and Revalidation systems. Enter approved data into the HR systems. Work closely with members of the Medical Directors office, Medical workforce team, Clinicians, Service Directors, and Care Group Leads to effectively use the system. Assist with sending out, collating and the input of data Ensure potential problems and failings with e job planning are resolved, or reported. To ensure that information requested to support job planning, appraisal and revalidation is acquired, stored and logged in an appropriate manner with due regards to confidentiality. Participate in staff meeting and training initiatives as required. Take notes/minutes at meetings as required.
