At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operative to work with Unipart JCB, a leading company known for its expertise in logistics and supply chain management. Unipart JCB provides comprehensive services, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation solutions.
Shift Patterns:
- Monday to Thursday: 18:00 - 04:15
Pay Rates:
- Standard: £17.08 per hour
- Overtime: £20.50 per hour (paid after 39 standard hours)
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating Counterbalance/Forklift preffered
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good stamina as heavy lifting is involved
Responsibilities:
- Safely unload incoming materials and product
- General warehouse duties
- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to site procedures and guidelines
- Picking and packing materials for the constantly moving production
