Purpose
To manage the Community Centre on behalf of the Trustees, to ensure that all allocated resources are employed in a cost-effective manner. To deliver high quality services to the public while complying with all current legislation and ensure that the building is maintained and in good condition.

The role requires leadership in managing staff, maintaining financial oversight, ensuring building upkeep, and fostering community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Formulate, in conjunction with the Treasurer of the Trust an annual budget and monthly management accounts for presentation quarterly to the Trustees.
• Ensure that effective administrative functions are in place and implemented to take bookings, invoice customers and receive and pay invoices.
• Deal with the Trusts bank accounts and oversee monthly customer account management.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage relationships with local vendors for utilities, cleaning and equipment.
• Make recommendations in conjunction with the HR Consultant, for management and Trust policies and procedures for approval by the Board of Trustees.
• Manage all routine correspondence and documents on behalf of the Trust.
• Be responsible for all payroll matters.
• Conduct regular 1:1 performance reviews with staff, addressing any concerns and identifying training needs.
• Day to day line management of staff, volunteers and casual workers.
