Job Title: Nursing Home Manager

Location: Winsford

Salary: £65,000 per year + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established care home. This role offers the chance to guide the home towards excellence in care, while leading a passionate and committed team.

We are seeking a Home Manager with a proven track record in delivering high-quality care, strong business acumen, and leadership skills. You will have the autonomy to maintain and enhance standards, ensuring the home delivers outstanding care to all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to the home’s staff, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, maintaining excellent care and support.
Manage the home’s budget effectively, ensuring financial targets are met.
Develop and implement strategies to maintain high occupancy and promote the home’s services to potential residents and stakeholders.
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.

Skills and Attributes:
Proven experience managing a nursing home.
In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and a record of maintaining high standards, with the ability to work towards achieving Outstanding.
Confident communicator with strong leadership and team management skills.
Commercially aware, with a focus on occupancy and growth opportunities.

Education and Qualifications:

NMC-registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
