Were looking for people who enjoy working in fast paced and busy environment, forging excellent working relationships with other health professionals within the hospital and beyond. A flexible can do attitude, with a willingness to build links with acute hospital colleagues is essential to ensure that a proactive interface is created between mental health and acute services. From working alongside colleagues in the A&E department, to in-reaching to the wards, you will work across the NNUH supporting individuals presenting to the acute hospital with mental health issues. Were looking for individuals who want to grow and develop their knowledge and skills by working closely with colleagues, sharing experience and knowledge to continually learn from each other. Youll have experience, particularly in areas of acute mental health and risk management and older adults mental health. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like a new challenge with variety where no two days will be the same.
