Our client, Dishu Private Ltd T/A Oldland convenience store, is a well-established retail business, offering a diverse range of products and services like groceries, confectionery, pet foods, cleaning products, chilled and frozen items, as well as tobacco and alcoholic beverages, and parcel services. Business development managers find new customers and persuade existing customers to purchase additional services. Develop relationships with customers. They are responsible for ensuring clients are satisfied and generating new business opportunities. They will help sales staff easily connect with upper management, ensuring that business objectives are met. Their leadership will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, employee motivation, and overall business success.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business development managers (SoC: 3556) Business development managers find new customers and persuade existing ones to buy extra services. Develop relationships with customers. They are responsible for ensuring clients are satisfied and generating new business opportunities.
SALARY RANGE: GBP £39000 or depending upon experience
LOCATION: 177A High St, Oldland Common, Bristol, BS30 9QG.
JOB TYPE: Full-time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week.
