Summary
Multi Trade Operative (With Electrical Qualifications) required to work within North London area. You will be providing shop fitting and maintenance on a day-to-day basis for our client within the Retail/Services industry. Our Head office is based in Suffolk but the work will cover inside the M25 (North of Thames) area.
Main Duties
Main duties are varied and may include: -
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• General commercial / retail / shop fitting
• Basic maintenance / handy man work
• Changing ironmongery / locks
• Minor plumbing works
Ideal candidate will have the following Skills and Attributes
• You must be a fully qualified Electrician
• Have knowledge of shop fitting/general maintenance i.e. basic carpentry, plumbing
• Good communication skill
• Good time keeping is essential
• The ability to undertake physical work
• The ability to work as part of a team but also on your own initiative
• To have a can do and positive attitude towards work
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Clean Driving license / Company van provided
• Including a CSCS card is desirable.
We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, company van, phone allowance, 20 days paid holiday plus BH. Starting around £20 per hour, with enhanced rates of pay for overtime and working out of normal hours/weekend and most importantly paid per hour from leaving home – C£52K.
