Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teacher who wants to work in an outstanding setting, where they can learn about different pedagogical approaches and the latest research in early years education.
We invest in the professional development of our staff and have supported our educators during the last decade in gaining EYTS or Forest School qualifications. The candidate will have the opportunity to be supported by an experienced teacher who has taught nursery and reception. Small class size. Term-time only role (but paid regular, monthly salary, across the year).
Main Job Description: The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality early education for the children in the school and effectively deliver the school’s hybrid approach. This role will promote best practices in teaching and learning to ensure that children are ready for school. This is a role that includes leading practice within the setting, ensuring that children experience a broad range of play and learning opportunities, to enable them to develop knowledge and skills as a foundation for good future progress through school and life. As well as being an experienced Early Years Professional, you will work effectively with stakeholders and parents to develop positive and effective relationships.
