Why not join our Homecare team in Rothesay with various shifts on offer, there’s lots of opportunities to gain valuable experience within different settings.
We are looking for nurturing and supportive individuals who can work closely with a colleague as part of a team; providing high levels of care to help reduce unplanned hospital and care home admissions You will support people who do not have access to regular care in their own homes.
Our care-at-home service enables people to stay in their own homes by providing help with daily living. Our role is not to do things for people, but to work with them, and we support everyone differently.
The service aims to:
Support people to get home safe and well from hospital.
Ensure that someone has the support they need to prevent re-admission.
Provide long term care-at-home, to support people to stay in their own homes as long as possible
We welcome applications from any candidates already eligible to work in the UK or those that can apply for a visa granting permission to work in the UK (e.g. dependent visas, ancestry etc.) that do not require sponsorship from Carr Gomm. You will be asked to share proof of this prior to receiving any offer of employment. It is currently our policy not to offer sponsorship for prospective candidates.
Additional Benefits:
Anti-social hours payment of up to £1209 per annum when undertaking waking night shift (11pm-7am)
Enhanced mileage payment of 45p per mile
35 days’ holiday per year, increasing to 40 days with length of service.
£200 Recommend a Friend Scheme (T&C apply)
Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption, and sick leave
A Defined Contribution pension scheme, with incremental employer contributions
