We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Director to manage our operations in Cyprus, delivering critical infrastructure support to the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD). You will lead a team of 55 Mitie employees and oversee a supply chain of 600+ local partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations. Building and maintaining a strong, collaborative relationship with our client, the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), is central to success in this role.

-Manage all aspects of contract delivery, including service performance, financial management, and compliance.

-Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with strategic objectives.

-Drive additional growth opportunities and service enhancements.

-Oversee commercial issues with support from commercial colleagues.

-Monitor and report progress against KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability.

-Manage risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.

-Promote Mitie's brand and reputation through excellence in delivery.

-Drive continuous improvement in service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

-Ensure high standards of QHSE across all activities.

-Contribute to the PJOB Senior Leadership Team, shaping international strategy and performance.

About You
-Proven experience leading large-scale Hard FM contracts and additional works programmes (£250k-£5m).

-Strong background in contract management, client engagement, and supply chain leadership.

-Previous experience in Defence infrastructure contracts (preferred).

-Commercial acumen with full P&L accountability.

-Ability to build collaborative relationships and deliver innovative solutions.

-Resilient, adaptive leader with excellent decision-making and team development skills.

-The individual will be required to secure the right to work and live in Cyprus.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role in a unique and strategically important location. If you have the experience, resilience, and vision to succeed, apply now to join Mitie in Cyprus.
