Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
Ensure all cleaning tasks meet health and safety standards
Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment efficiently and safely
Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties
Follow organisational protocols for health and safety compliance
Supervise a group of cleaners to make sure standards are met
order stock when running low
Liase with Management and staff
Previous experience in cleaning Supervising or related roles is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality
