UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We have an exciting opportunity for a Long Term Conditions Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Full Sutton, a category A men's Prison located in Full Sutton, York. This site is located in a rural location with their own parking on site, an on-site gym, caf, team building days and well-being events annually, regular 1-1's and good scope for development, vaccination training, additional advanced qualifications. Hours 30 hours a week - Working 4 days a week, hours are negotiable and no weekends. 8.30-9am start ideally, finishing around 4.30-5pm. Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £49,175 per annum FTE - depending on experience. How will we support you?
