Your new role
As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling hydraulic components to exacting standards. Working within a fast-paced production environment, your duties will include assembling components using hand and power tools, reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications, conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targetsMon - Thurs 4.45pm - 03.15am
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role (preferably mechanical or hydraulic), strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions, willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a team-based environment and a proactive attitude and commitment to quality and safety
