Window Cleaner

We are looking for a Window Cleaner with a can-do attitude to work, to join our Northwest Estate Services team, within a region consisting of over 100 operatives. You will be responsible for window cleaning and gutter cleaning as well as other various cleaning and caretaking duties, whilst also providing excellent customer services to our customers. The role involves working as part of a team, with some lone working.

The role of Window Cleaner will include:
- Carrying out window cleaning, gutter cleaning, caretaking and cleaning duties
- Serving as a first point of contact for customers, providing accurate and timely information when needed
- Identify and report any potential maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment is maintained
- Ensuring tools, equipment and vehicle are maintained in good condition and stock levels are maintained appropriately

Skills and experiences:
- Working knowledge and experience of undertaking window cleaning
- Some experience of general caretaking and cleaning duties
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Some experience in understanding verbal instructions and undertaking duties as requested
- Ability to work to deadlines, with a keen eye for detail
- Be an effective communicator with excellent communication skills
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
