Millfield School is looking for a PR and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team and help share the stories and successes of our pupils across a variety of platforms.
Working with the Head of Marketing and the Senior PR Officer, you’ll be involved in creating engaging content for our website, newsletters, and social media channels, as well as supporting media relations, video production, and photography. You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital presence, producing blogs and social media content, and contributing to PR campaigns and school events.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in PR and marketing within a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll need strong writing skills, an eye for a great story, and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines. Some knowledge of digital marketing, video production, and social media management would be beneficial.
This is a full-time role working all-year round. Normal hours of work are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, however flexibility is necessary as there may be occasions when you will be required on evenings/weekends to assist with events.
In return, you will receive a salary of up to £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience) along with a number of benefits including generous holiday entitlement, freshly prepared lunches for only £10.30 per month, access to the school facilities, and discounts/cashback on high street shops and restaurants through the school’s Employee Assistance Programme.
