Full or Part-Time Care Assistants - Scarborough
We are looking for reliable, flexible, and professional care assistants to join our team for an immediate start in the Scarborough area.
You must be
- Reliable and flexible
- Want to make a difference to people’s lives
- Have access to a vehicle
- Be well-presented and work in a professional manner
- Be willing to work part of the weekend on an alternate week basis
- Have the right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time)
We offer:
- Shift patterns on a two-week rolling rotation
- Paid travel time at the same pay rate as your shift
- Pension (if applicable/required)
- Private medical insurance worth £330 per annum
- Holiday pay: 5.6 weeks plus one day extra for your birthday
- Fully paid training including a 2-week induction and ongoing courses online, in the office and with other healthcare professionals
- Mileage allowance: 50p per mile (on top of your houry rate)
- Hourly rate: £13.00 weekday day rate, £14.00 after 6pm, £14.00 weekend day rate and £15.00 after 6pm (double or time and a half on bank holidays)
- Uniform provided, including winter coat and jacket
- Mobile phone provided
- Calls generally close together so you can consistently see the same people
- £45 towards your annual MOT
