This will include, but not limited to:Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practiceAdminister and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and proceduresReport changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line ManagerCommunicate effectively with residents, families and colleaguesMaintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentationQualifications and Experience:Experience working with older people in residential careYou will have completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent)You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with peopleAbility to lead a team and use own initiativeAre you looking for a rewarding career where you can truly make a difference?
